EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED FOR DIRECT SHIP MERCHANDISER: Order products from vendors to fulfill customer purchases. Review vendor inventory feeds to ensure product availability and accuracy. Monitor order status, shipping updates, and backorder information for all direct ship orders. Communicate with vendors regarding order fulfillment, delays, and product availability. Assist in resolving merchandise-related issues in partnership with Customer Service. Work collaboratively with departments including E-Commerce, Merchandising, Customer Service, to ensure order accuracy and completion. Respond to sales inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and availability. Maintain strong customer relations when working with both internal and external partners. Maintain accurate documentation of orders, vendor communications, and updates. Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely resolution of issues. Identify and escalate potential fulfillment or inventory issues proactively. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
