Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- be at least 21 years old in accordance with medical licensing regulations
- 6 months of experience in behavioral health or childcare is required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational abilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification and a current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or have the ability to obtain one
- A valid Arizona Driver's License, business use vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration are necessary
- Completion of all necessary paperwork and mandatory training prior to providing services is also required.

Responsibilities
- providing support, guidance, and direction to members attending Community or Center-Based programs
- offer MIKID licensable services to primary caregivers
- supporting the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of members and their families
- Services may be provided in the child’s home, a licensed facility, or in the community.
