Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • be at least 21 years old in accordance with medical licensing regulations
  • 6 months of experience in behavioral health or childcare is required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent organizational abilities
  • CPR/First Aid Certification and a current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or have the ability to obtain one
  • A valid Arizona Driver's License, business use vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration are necessary
  • Completion of all necessary paperwork and mandatory training prior to providing services is also required.

  • those who demonstrate bilingualism

Responsibilities

  • providing support, guidance, and direction to members attending Community or Center-Based programs
  • offer MIKID licensable services to primary caregivers
  • supporting the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of members and their families
  • Services may be provided in the child’s home, a licensed facility, or in the community.
