Direct Service Professional - Intensive - REACH ($1,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time)
About The Position
The Direct Service Professional, works as part of the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) team to ensure individuals in need of crisis stabilization and/or prevention services are provided individualized personal and behavioral supports needed to promote stabilization, community inclusion and maximum independence. Primarily focuses on food preparation, housekeeping, and assisting individuals participating in services at the REACH CTH with activities of daily living. May also help REACH CTH program provide crisis supports when assigned. Part Time Starting Hourly Rate: $16.94-Depending on Experience Full Time Starting Salary Rate: $39,624-Depending on Experience $3.00 Shift Differential for Overnight & Weekend Hours $1,000 Sign on Bonus
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
