About The Position

The Direct Service Professional works as part of the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) team to ensure individuals in need of crisis stabilization and/or prevention services are provided individualized personal and behavioral supports needed to promote stabilization, community inclusion, and maximum independence. The role primarily focuses on food preparation, housekeeping, and assisting individuals participating in services at the REACH CTH with activities of daily living. Additionally, the Direct Service Professional may also help the REACH CTH program provide crisis supports when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities
