About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services, including conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising and mentoring clinical staff. The BCBA will work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure ethical practice, treatment fidelity, and meaningful, measurable outcomes that support each client’s growth and independence.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Connecticut and Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field
  • Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Licensure in Connecticut as a Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
  • Experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents with developmental or behavioral challenges.
  • Experience conducting skill-based assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Ecological Assessments.

Nice To Haves

  • BCBAs who have completed the BACB-approved 40-hour supervision training and are eligible to provide supervision are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 service with the client in the home or school setting based on case schedule
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans (assessments may include but are not limited to: VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs)
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment and behavior intervention plans, programs, and stimuli as needed for treatment goals
  • Provide services to the individual, family and/or related service providers using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Complete established number of direct service hours based on caseload
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
