This role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you'll receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art of business development. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others.
  • Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad).
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals.
  • Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement– Proudly represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Sell with a Purpose – Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution.
  • Stay Sharp on Market Trends – Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead.
  • Own Your Success – Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. Your drive and determination will directly impact your success!
