Role Description In this position, you will be responsible for promoting client residential subscriptions through door-to-door interactions with residential homes or multiple dwelling units. This position reports to the local CAM.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
2 years of experience with quota carrying sales or account management experience.
1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity (lead or manager).
A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.

Nice To Haves

3 years of experience in sales carrying a quota.
2 years of sales management experience coaching and training other sales representatives.
Experience working in sales in the ISP or telecom industry.
Proficient in Salesforce or other lead management software.
Demonstrated success managing long-term relationships and meeting customer care success metrics.

Responsibilities

Co-lead a team of Door-to-Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance
Demonstrate consistent, longer-term success in assisting the team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals within the territory.
Prospect to new residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet services.
Assist the team in building a lead pipeline through ongoing door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow ups.
Display expert communication skills internally and externally, and be able to partner with other GFiber team members to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
Display expert knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment.
Communicate the GFiber value proposition to customers.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $94,355 annually ($56,500 base + uncapped sales bonus) + benefits.
Your compensation includes a base salary plus an uncapped bonus structure.
