We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to support licensed agents in a call center sales environment (Direct Sales Center). This role focuses on listening to calls, coaching agents in the moment, and driving improvement through clear expectations and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate values both results and the behaviors that create them, holds agents accountable, and is comfortable having honest conversations. Success means being actively involved in coaching, developing talent, recognizing strong performance, and building an engaged, accountable sales team. This role will begin with a standard 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. schedule. Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may vary based on business needs. Supervisors will participate in a planned rotation to provide evening and weekend coverage when leadership is unavailable. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Hands-on coaching: Actively listens to agent calls, gives timely and specific coaching, and follows up to see real behavior change—not just checks a box.
