About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to support licensed agents in a call center sales environment (Direct Sales Center). This role focuses on listening to calls, coaching agents in the moment, and driving improvement through clear expectations and consistent follow-up. The ideal candidate values both results and the behaviors that create them, holds agents accountable, and is comfortable having honest conversations. Success means being actively involved in coaching, developing talent, recognizing strong performance, and building an engaged, accountable sales team. This role will begin with a standard 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. schedule. Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may vary based on business needs. Supervisors will participate in a planned rotation to provide evening and weekend coverage when leadership is unavailable. Requirements

Demonstrated strong leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably within a telemarketing or call center setting
Solid understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and telephone-based marketing, including both inbound and outbound functions
Strong problem-solving, organizational, project management, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
Open to traveling and working from the corporate headquarters in Omaha on an as-needed basis
Must have schedule flexibility, as work hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including Saturdays
