About The Position

Our client, part of a national group providing HVAC services is looking to add to their team of Direct Sales Canvassers. As part of this team, you will be working inside a national retail home improvement stores engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors. This is a temp to hire opportunity Part-time and full-time opportunities available Schedule: Monday - Sunday 10am-6pm Locations : South Jacksonville - Mandarin, Nocatee, Bay Meadows, Regency Square. Should you excel an offer of permanent employment will be offered which includes all company benefits include the opportunity to advance within the company into sales advisor roles.

Requirements

Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
Minimum age: 18 years
Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
Clean, professional appearance to represent the client’s brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
Must pass background check and drug screening
Are you willing to take a drug test and have a background check run?
Do you have your own reliable transportation (Not Uber or Lyft)?
Sales: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Jacksonville, FL 32256 (Required)
