About the position

The Direct Sales Associate at FastBridge Fiber LLC is a dynamic, in-the-field role focused on engaging with potential customers to promote high-speed fiber internet services. This position emphasizes community interaction, consultative sales techniques, and customer satisfaction, aiming to empower residents with reliable internet solutions. Associates will receive training and support to effectively represent the FastBridge brand and drive customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions and local marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers face-to-face through canvassing (door-to-door) using a consultative sales strategy.
  • Participate in local community events, pop-up events, guerrilla marketing tactics, and marketing programs to drive awareness of FastBridge.
  • Act as a proud advocate of the company and represent the FastBridge brand positively.
  • Explain the differences between FastBridge Fiber and competitors to potential customers.
  • Follow up with customers who have activated services to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Be proactive in following up on all leads and monitoring competition in the area.

Requirements

  • No sales experience required, but must be highly motivated to earn money and have a great attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven history of customer service values.
  • Ability to work well in both team environments and independently.
  • Superior time management skills to meet sales targets within specific periods.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and counter objections in a consultative manner.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
