We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Direct Response Fundraising to lead and elevate our direct mail and donor marketing efforts. This role provides oversight of all print-based fundraising campaigns and serves as the primary liaison with our marketing agency. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Director, you will ensure that donor communications are cohesive, mission-centered, and aligned across channels. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping compelling donor offers, strengthening engagement, and driving measurable revenue growth to fuel ministry impact. Every campaign you lead directly fuels Gospel outreach, humanitarian ministry, and engagement with Israel and the Jewish people worldwide. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of all direct mail and direct response fundraising campaigns.
  • Lead development of donor offers, premiums, and campaign concepts that inspire generosity.
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for the marketing agency and key vendors.
  • Hold partners accountable to pro forma projections, KPIs, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated messaging across print and digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and donor data to drive optimization and growth.
  • Champion innovation, testing, and best practices in direct response marketing.
