Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Comfortable engaging with people and building rapport

• Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Experience is a plus, but mindset and consistency matter more

Responsibilities

• Talk with NYC homeowners about clean, renewable energy solutions
• Set appointments for our Solar Specialists (no hard selling!)
• Walk customers through the process with confidence and integrity
• Track your success using the latest tools
