About The Position

Assists in the effective implementation of direct marketing goals and programs supporting the following areas: database maintenance, direct mail marketing, casino events, casino promotions, and casino entertainment. Assists in enhancing the growth of gaming revenue through the development of our customer base, and markets our product effectively to ensure acquisition, retention and reactivation. Responsible for correct offer setup in the offers system along with setup of all supporting programs, such as LMS and EMS. The above is a minimal description of duties and responsibilities. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have previous computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to type 30 WPM.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well- groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to maneuver in and around various user departments.
  • Must have good hearing for answering and placing phone calls and using voice-activated beepers.
  • Good far and near vision (with correction), with good color and depth.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, crouch, crawl, twist, balance and have the manual dexterity to operate computers.
  • Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SQL or other query tools a plus.
  • Previous marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc offers
  • Assists in template setup for EMS and LMS
  • Assists in creative direction and proofing of mail pieces and emails
  • Assists in responding to requests for player account reviews, E-Cares and guest calls
  • Assists in daily redemptions and tracking of offers
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and administration of database systems that support the marketing efforts and coordinates the analysis of results driven by marketing efforts.
