About The Position
As a Direct Marketing Associate at Uline, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing direct marketing campaigns that are designed to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and is a full-time, on-site role. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of assigned marketing campaigns run smoothly and successfully. This includes tasks such as setup, file selection, processing, auditing, and invoice approvals. Your contributions will be vital in helping Uline maintain its position as a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials in North America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and master Uline's campaign management platforms, allowing you to execute marketing campaigns independently. You will also be tasked with summarizing data trends and processes related to marketing campaign execution, which will enable you to recommend performance improvement opportunities. Analyzing marketing performance reports will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will support the planning, production, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns as needed.
