About The Position
The DIRECT Liaison position at the Oklahoma County Diversion Hub is focused on assisting justice-involved individuals by connecting them to support services that facilitate their release from custody. This role is integral to the Diversion Hub's mission of providing life-stabilizing resources and reducing encounters with the criminal legal system through coordinated communication and case management. The DIRECT Liaison will work closely with incarcerated individuals, law enforcement, and court system stakeholders to identify eligible candidates for pre-trial release and diversion programs, ultimately aiming to enhance the effectiveness of re-entry discharge planning.
