Level 4 Responsible for answering incoming calls for the Direct Lending Department and assisting with any questions callers may have regarding the application process. Enter new loan applications into TITAN and verify applications for accuracy. Calculate Loan Estimate Fees for Land Home deals, pull NADA valuations and order appraisals, when necessary. Provide excellent customer service to customers at all times. Must be a detail oriented and an organized individual.
