Position Summary The Direct Care worker provides support and guidance to ensure daily resident activities are consistent with all sober home expectations. This role supports a safe, recovery-focused environment that is trauma-informed and gender-responsive. The RRS provides support for various daily living tasks and encourages engagement in recovery maintenance and relapse prevention planning activities. The direct care worker also supports the Sober Home Supervisor in program certification and development tasks. Pay Rate: $20 an hour Open Shift: Sunday through Thursday 3:30pm-7:30pm (20hrs) About the Division of Recovery Services (DRS) The Division of Recovery Services (DRS) supports individuals of all ages navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Our youth residential programs provide a safe, structured environment for adolescents involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to address behavioral health needs. For adults, DRS offers residential and outreach support for those in recovery or living with addiction, including many with co-occurring mental health concerns. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, we help individuals build coping skills, restore stability, and work toward long-term recovery and wellness.
