About The Position

Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising THRIVE students. Full time.

Requirements

• shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
• Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• 30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE)
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
• At least 1 year full time ministry experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee student dorms area 3rd shift and student safety check
• Stock paper products in dorms; Use the checklist to check supplies
• Assist with laundry
• Routine safety check; set alarm when needed
• Search for contraband in lockers and rooms
• Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies
• Minister to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions
• Work with other departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations
• All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager
