About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in others' lives.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, and grooming as needed.
• Prepare and serve appetizing meals according to dietary requirements.
• Engage clients in conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation and companionship.
• Monitor clients' health and communicate any concerns to the supervisory staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Support clients in mobility and transport, ensuring their safety at all times.
