About The Position
Cornerstone is a Person Centered Program which puts the person first. We are a Christian organization with the purpose of providing quality support for individuals residing in our homes. As a direct care staff your job will be to provide community living supports and personal care based on an individualized plan of service. We are a family oriented business that promotes from within, and we are seeking individuals that are hard working and share in our compassion for our consumers. We offer insurance through Blue Care Network, AFLAC, and paid sick time and we are continually encouraging our employees and manager's with our Employee of the Month and Manager of the Month program.
