CLASS is currently offering a $1,300 sign-on bonus for this position Basic Function: To provide non-medical care and assist adults with disabilities and senior citizens with PAS (Personal Assistance Services) and/or housekeeping services in their homes in meeting daily needs, companionship and improve their overall quality of life whilst ensuring that the individual's dignity is maintained We will ensure that your comfort and skill level complement the participant's needs. We offer extensive and flexible training and support prior to and after your assignment in the home. Essential Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to assistance with:

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to travel locally.
• Ability to treat participants with respect and dignity.
• Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to follow a participant's service plan.
• Possess basic cooking and housekeeping skills.
