About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Technicians, for Full-Time, Mid-Shift and Night Shift to join our team at our Facility Based Clinic in Jacksonville, NC. Your Role in Our Mission As a Direct Care Technician, on the team you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a therapeutic and safe group environment and attending to the welfare and basic needs of clients. You will provide informal counseling in the detox center that involve behavioral techniques, reality therapy, supportive encouragement and socialization skills for the clients.
Requirements
- Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Nice To Haves
- Peer support certification a plus, but is not required
