About The Position

Generational Care is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the quality of life for individuals through compassionate in-home care and services. Our key programs, Home Care Services, Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, and Healthy Ages provide vital support to seniors, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their homes. We are currently seeking a Direct Care Supervisor to oversee home care service delivery and manage Home Care Providers, ensuring high-quality care for our clients.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Home Care or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of office experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must meet additional certification requirements (CNA or WA State Home Care Aide training).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Home Care Providers, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee client assignments, service scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure successful service delivery, address service issues, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with on-call duties and provide emergency client services when needed.
• Uphold agency mission, policies, and service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership in safety and professionalism.
