About The Position

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.

• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges.
