About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff to work with boys ages 6–18 in a structured group home setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children in a group home environment and a strong commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a group home setting (required)
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 5 -year driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre -employment drug screening and background check
