About The Position

Evergreen Center is currently seeking full time and part time Direct Care Staff / Instructional Aides. Positions will be responsible for the implementation of instructional activities and treatment programs in the classrooms, residences, and the surrounding community. Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply. $2,000 incentive bonus

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
