Our residential, outreach, and direct care staff establish life-changing relationships with our participants and provide opportunities to optimize their independence, rehabilitation and recovery. This is an ALL MALE CLIENT and ALL MALE STAFF group home in Hartford, CT. Your role as a Direct Care Staff : CHD is expanding its services and needs client-centered, positive role models to support individuals who are challenged by mental health and substance abuse histories. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Staff to join our team in providing essential care for individuals with complex behavioral needs, including those exhibiting challenging sexual behaviors .
