About The Position
Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Thursday, January 15, from 11am-2pm. We are excited to share we are opening a new Intensive Treatment Residential (ITR) program that will be located in West Springfield, MA. This program provides long term support for male adolescents (5-13 years of age). In this program, the population served will receive housing, therapeutic, emotional, and educational support with a goal to develop healthy and fulfilling relationships that will solidify skills and apply them to real world settings. We are seeking Direct Care Staff for full time, part time and per diem opportunities. Program Location : West Springfield, MA.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a valid driver's license (all drivers under the age of 21 must have 3 years of driving history)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a High School diploma with equivalent experience working with youth and their families and in community child welfare and mental health programming
Nice To Haves
- Those holding CPR/First Aid and MAP certification a plus.
