About The Position
Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services and enjoys providing care in a variety of settings. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm and will be based at our Granite City, IL housing site. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and CADC certification OR master’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and an electronic medical record.
Responsibilities
- Provide consumer-driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services.
- Use evidence-based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy.
- Link clients to additional clinical resources.
- Assume leadership role with little to no guidance and oversight.
- Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
