About The Position

Direct Care Residential Staff – Overnights Full Time Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday 10:00 pm – 8:00 am with min of 30 hours per week-Full time Or Wednesday – Saturday 10:00 pm – 8:00 am 40 hours per week Location: Mill Spring, NC Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour and increases based on experience Benefits: PTO/Sick Time accrual from first day Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Company Funded Life Insurance Retirement Plan with company match Free Meals on shift Responsibilities Provide safety and security of the facility both inside and outside doing hourly rounds Support residents in maintaining healthy sleep schedules Completes bed checks as needed Completes timely documentation Assists in cleaning and organizing of community spaces nightly General knowledge of resident’s goals, build rapport, and provide support Administration of routine and as needed medications for residents Problem-solve and work in crisis situations Communicate to shift staff for support when help is needed Qualifications Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with a clear to acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance Previous experience working in a residential community or transitional living program preferred CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
