About The Position
As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with the people you serve, taking initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
