About The Position

Lifesteps is hiring Full-Time Direct Care Professionals for the Monessen and Monongahela areas. Full time positions work both our evening (3pm-11pm). Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years by “helping individuals and families with life's changing needs”. The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Position Summary: Direct Care Professionals (Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours!   Available Shifts are:  Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm  OR  Overnight Shifts 11 pm to 7 am. Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.  Need a second income or looking for a side hustle?    Caregiving could be the answer. No experience necessary! Requirements

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
