About The Position
In conjunction with other members of the team, the TCRP Direct Care Professional (DCP) provides a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for program participants. The DCP teaches program participants to achieve attainable goals regarding, but not limited to, appropriate social behavior, skills of daily living, and education. Additionally, they may provide intensive family engagement and community support to help prevent future crises. Supervision, support, guidance, and role modeling to the youth in the TCRP, are essential job responsibilities.
