About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
• Valid Arizona driver license is required.
• Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• CPR & First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience in direct care or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors.
• Participate in training sessions and maintain required certifications.
