Lifesteps is hiring Full-Time caregivers for the Carnegie, Bridgeville, and Canonsburg areas. Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years by "helping individuals and families with life's changing needs". The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Position Summary: The Caregiver position (Residential Aide or Companion) provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community. The full-time positions work 40 hours per week. Shifts could be Daylight, Evening, or Overnight.
Requirements
- 18 yrs. or older
- Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver's license/auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
