Lifesteps is hiring Full-Time Direct Care Companions in the Worthington area. Position Summary: Direct Care Companions (Caregivers) assist adult individuals who have special needs with their daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Requirements

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
