About The Position

Lifesteps is hiring Full-Time Direct Care Aides to work in the Canonsburg, PA area. Lifesteps has been helping individuals with disabilities improve their quality of life for over 100 years! You can be a part of their success story! Lifesteps has immediate openings in the Canonsburg / Cecil Township location. Caregivers have the satisfaction of knowing their service to others help people with disabilities lead happier, more fulfilled lives. Caregivers assist individuals with activities of daily living; such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, medication administration, and goal attainment. Work is performed in a residential home environment. No experience necessary! Paid training provided! Experienced Caregivers also welcome! Full-time positions available. Full-time Daylight 7:00am -3:00pm.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Prior experience in Home Care, as a Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is helpful but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Home Care.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities
