About The Position
Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, designs, markets and underwrites commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance products for select industries. We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best. We are looking for a Direct Billing Representative to join our team! Summary - Act on service inquiries and requests from policyholders. Examine, determine appropriate action and process tasks to support successful and timely premium collection of direct bill receivables. A typical day will include the following: Respond to Service Requests Arrange for Manual Reinstatements Evaluate and Approve Refund Disbursement Prepare Account Reconciliation Examine and Decide Payment Allocations Assist and Support Team with Daily Tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Customer Service experience
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
