About The Position

We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best. We are looking for a Direct Billing Representative to join our team! Summary - Act on service inquiries and requests from policyholders. Examine, determine appropriate action and process tasks to support successful and timely premium collection of direct bill receivables.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Customer Service experience
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate

Responsibilities

• Respond to Service Requests
• Arrange for Manual Reinstatements
• Evaluate and Approve Refund Disbursement
• Prepare Account Reconciliation
• Examine and Decide Payment Allocations
• Assist and Support Team with Daily Tasks
