About The Position
The Director of Risk Management/Performance Improvement (RM/PI) at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is responsible for overseeing the hospital's quality management assessment and performance improvement programs. This role ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, including the Joint Commission and state and federal regulations, while identifying and addressing potential risk-related issues within the hospital. The Director will report any risk violations through appropriate channels, including the Chief Executive Officer and regulatory agencies.
