Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, Manager Finance Services, Latin America Business Partner, IT Finance Sr Analyst, Finance Planning & Analytics Lead, or a related occupation.
• Must have experience and/or academic training with each of the following:
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with worldwide / international personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization across multiple remote locations/departments with management and individuals of various levels and backgrounds.
• Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and tactical business plans
• Project management skills.
• Ability to facilitate/lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
• Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
• Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
• Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
• May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.
