Adobe is seeking a strategic, growth oriented Director, Product Marketing - Workfront to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This is an outstanding opportunity to build the future of our Workfront, power Cotent Supply Chain. As the Director, Product Marketing, you will help define roadmap for product success and ensuring flawless execution of our marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in product marketing, with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to compete in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a world-class product marketing and strategy team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams to successfully implement go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Build compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, white papers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with sales organization on GTM execution and driving ARR growth.
  • Train and enable the sales team with effective tools and resources.
  • Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences.
