Assess equipment and process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and real-time data analysis. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, 8D) to resolve process and equipment issues. Review and disposition product, qualification data, and area holds. Identify, contain, and escalate deviations from accepted practices in systems, tools, and processes. Document and communicate work clearly to key stakeholders and collaborators. Drive workstation performance and WIP flow improvements through metric tracking and prioritization. Follow and improve documented procedures, processes, and best-known methods. Maintain safety compliance and complete required certifications and learning assignments. Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts (night), primarily on-site, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity with statistical principles, algebraic problem solving, and basic physics/chemistry concepts. 3+ years of experience as a DIR Process Technician in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge of semiconductor processes and cleanroom protocols. Applied experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
