Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. If no degree, must obtain bachelor’s degree within four (4) years and actively be enrolled within 3 months of hire or transfer.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in business office, registration, HIM, or clinical experience.
  • Five (5) years of management experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environments required.
  • Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to Texoma’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training, and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
