About The Position
The Director of Nursing Operations Durbin Park is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction to all Nursing Units/Services in their assigned area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Masters prepared in nursing
- Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Florida
- Over 5 years progressive nursing experience with a minimum of five years at a management level.
- Proven relationship building.
- Seasoned, professional with excellent verbal and written skills for communication with all levels of hospital staff and other outside agencies.
- Demonstrates sound fiscal management in working with large budgets.
- Proven professional judgement and decision-making skills under pressure and with multiple competing priorities
- Excellent ability to adapt to new situations, set priorities and utilize problem-solving techniques with minimal direction.
