About The Position
The Director LTO Program role will be responsible for managing internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring end-to-end program delivery of high impact & complex initiatives part of the LTO portfolio across Lumen's 5 pillars, such as product & ecosystem simplification, and leading cross-functional teams involved in the program under the Lumen LTO Agile operating model (e.g., Pods, Squads) while leveraging the rigor of the Lumen Project Management Framework implemented in Enterprise Operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of delivering successful programs in a fast-paced environment.
