About The Position

The Human Resources Director at Spectrum is responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and programs related to recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a proactive approach to resolve complex HR issues in a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring legal compliance and effective HR support for business objectives.

Requirements

• 8 years of Human Resource Generalist experience in a single or multi-locations environment.
• 5 years of management experience or relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, or related field.
• Strong PC skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills with executive management and company personnel, including public speaking.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in human resources or related field.
• Certifications for human resource professionals (PHR, SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent administration of company policies.
• Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADAAA.
• Partner with client groups to understand business challenges and provide timely HR support.
• Manage organizational change and oversee the recruiting and staffing process, ensuring compliance with EEO, FCC, and Affirmative Action.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.
• Conduct employee investigations and oversee escalated employee issues, including ethics point reports.
