McDowell Center for Children is seeking a dynamic and talented HR DIRECTOR. The HR DIRECTOR has the primary responsibility for administering all the professional and administrative functions of Human Resources. This individual will be responsible for providing a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative and HR services which include but not limited to recruiting, position descriptions, benefits administration, leave management, new employee orientation, record-keeping, performance evaluation program, exit interviews, HR metrics, employee activities, training, licensing and compliance reporting.
