About The Position
The Nursing Director for the Level 1 Trauma ER at Sparrow Health System is responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and compassionate patient and family-centered care. This role involves overseeing daily operations, patient flow, and capacity management in collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Medical Director of Emergency Services and other senior leadership. The Nursing Director will also contribute to strategic planning, promote nursing education, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
