About The Position
The Director – Data Program & Governance Management is a key leadership role responsible for driving the execution of programs within the enterprise data portfolio and maturing core data governance operating practices. This position is focused 60% on program management, where the Director will coordinate and manage complex, cross-functional projects across the data team to ensure disciplined delivery. The remaining 40% is focused on data governance, where the Director will actively work to implement and shore up data governance frameworks, standards, and processes to improve data quality and compliance. This role requires a leader who can translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets and timelines, and effectively communicate progress and risks to leadership.
